Cosmic Cycles

For a few moments, I want you to adopt a cosmic perspective. I encourage you to go on a journey past the date and time on the calendar, the location where you are at this moment, and everything that is happening on the planet right now. Allow yourself to go beyond planet Earth and consider not just our solar system, but the many galaxies that make up the universe. As you see, sense, hear, feel or know all the stars, planets, and galaxies, consider how they are all perfectly aligned to be in relationship with each other. We are always in a beautiful dance with the energy of heavenly bodies that are far beyond our field of knowing. In this moment, the cosmic dance has brought us to the Spring Equinox, the time of rebirth and renewal.

During the Spring Equinox, we have the opportunity to see clearly where we are and give energy to creating the life we want to experience. Cosmically, the sun crosses the celestial equator, bringing equal hours of light and darkness to our planet. We celebrate the fact that all of the planets and galaxies once again support us to release the baggage (and, for some of us, the weight) that we collected during the Winter, and begin to dance in the light of the sun once again. The Spring Equinox is when the dance of life picks up the pace and calls us into action.

I have received guidance from the Ancestral realm and the Akashic Records that this is a pivotal year to get moving and stand in your power to create your reality. This season will leave many of us changed. It is up to you whether that change will result in tangible results or hard reflections about what could have been. I’ve said this several times since the beginning of 2023 – there is so much support available from our Ancestors and Guides that has the potential to propel lives forward by leap years. Each of us is a dancer in this cosmic cycle, and if we each play our part, this year especially, we will see tremendous progress.

The Soul Wellness Retreat in Costa Rica was born out of this mandate to align with maximum healing in 2023. This transformational retreat has been carefully cultivated to remove stagnant energy and elevate souls to their most divine light so that they are energized to execute their intentions. With sound healing, yoga, tropical excursions and a mountaintop resort, the obstacles to connecting to your inner guidance is removed. If I wasn’t facilitating it, this is the retreat I would want to attend!

Educating Akashic students is also going to a higher level with the Soul Wisdom Akashic Mastery Training program. This program offers instruction of the higher dimensions of the Akashic Records, including the Soul Blueprint, expanded reading types, and how to create an Akashic Reading business. It’s the most comprehensive program I have had to date, and it is launching this Spring!

What’s most important in all of these offerings is that we have got to get moving. Embody all that you have been hoping and dreaming for yourself. If you haven’t been able to find hope for a very long time, now is the time to dream big and set intentions.

Here are some ways that you can use the energy of the Spring Equinox to your advantage.

These are five rituals or embodied practices that you can incorporate into your practice of welcoming in the energy of Spring.

  1. Spring cleaning: This is a common practice associated with the Spring Equinox. Cleaning your living space and getting rid of clutter and unnecessary items can create a sense of renewal and freshness, just as the natural world begins to bloom again. You can also clean out your mind by checking in with yourself to release the thoughts you no longer align with.
  2. Planting seeds: Planting seeds or starting a garden is a great way to connect with the energy of growth and new beginnings. You can plant flowers or vegetables, or even start an indoor herb garden if you don’t have access to outdoor space.
  3. Prepare a big meal: The Spring Equinox is traditionally a time of celebration and feasting in many cultures. You can create a meal using fresh, seasonal ingredients and invite friends or family to join you. This can be a great way to connect with others and express gratitude for the abundance of the natural world.
  4. Creating an altar: Creating an altar or sacred space can help you connect with the energy of the Spring Equinox. You can include symbols of growth, renewal, and fertility, such as flowers, seeds, eggs, or images of animals associated with springtime. You can also use this space for meditation or reflection.
  5. Talk to a Tree: Trees are wise allies and supportive entities. They can help you connect with the natural rhythms of the Earth and feel a sense of renewal and connection.

Let me know which one(s) you do or your own personal Spring Equinox ritual. I love to learn new things and I always appreciate how others are celebrating various energies.
